Melanie is a GEM!
I was very nervous to hand over my website to someone else, as I created my site myself and it was my baby. Melanie walked me through it and initially went page by page with me and asked me what I wanted to change and made a to-do list of items. She then offered me the choice to just do those things or to refresh the entire site. I went with the entire site option. She then designed only 1 page at a time and consulted with me every step of the way to get my feedback and see if I liked the direction it was going in. She also created a page for me and did some nice galleries and created a shop for me.
Melanie took all my feedback and gladly changed what I wanted to make it the best it could be. Her design eye is clean, organized, and beautiful. I really felt we were a team on redesigning my website and she didn't mind if I did or did not like something and she never took anything personal if I didn't like it. I would like to mention that I have worked with others before on design aspects like my logo and business cards and found it frustrating and quite the opposite of working with Melanie.
