Melanie Edwards Co., LLC is an independent design and consulting business and is not employed by or affiliated with Wix. All services are provided independently using the Wix and Wix Studio platforms.

We do not control Wix platform features, performance, pricing, or backend infrastructure.

 

Scope of Work & Add-Ons
All project quotes are based on the requirements provided prior to invoicing. Any additional work requested or uncovered during the project may require a revised quote or additional charges.

Examples of changes that may require re-quoting or hourly billing include:
• Pages not included in the original scope  
• Design work on new or previously undefined pages  
• Installation of features, apps, or functionality not outlined in the original requirements  
• Strategic consulting or restructuring beyond the agreed scope  
• Additional revision rounds beyond what is included  
• Discovery of new requirements during the build  

 

Hourly work is billed at $125 USD/hour unless otherwise stated. All additional work will be quoted and approved before proceeding.

 

Timeline & Inactivity
Typical project timelines are approximately 2–4 weeks once all required content and assets are provided.

If a project is delayed due to client inactivity, missing content, or lack of feedback for more than 60 days, a restart fee of $185 USD may be required to resume work.

 

Unexpected Discoveries
During a project, unforeseen technical or structural needs may arise.

 

If this occurs:
• Work may pause  
• A revised scope and quote will be provided  
• Work will resume once updated terms are approved  

 

Final Note
All work is based on the information available at the time of quoting and project initiation.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
